1. Send an order request via the ORDER tab on the Main Menu bar.  A Picturegraphs designer will respond to your request either via phone or email (depending on information supplied).

2. Sort out the photos that you wish to have placed into your Picturegraph. (See Choosing your photos)

3. You can scan in your photos (they needs to be scanned at 300 dpi resolution) and email them to Picturegraphs at photos@picturegraphsnsw.com. Alternatively, you can upload them with your ORDER or mail us your photos (originals, on disk or stick) or we can pick them up (local only). You can provide us with photos that are on slides or negatives. Or if you book a personal consult, you can bring your photos with you then.

4. Once your designer has received the photos, we will be in contact again, either via email or phone, to confirm that we have received all of the photos that you want placed into your Picturegraph. At this point, we will also discuss with you theme, colours, title, layout, inset photos, main photos etc including the general layout of your Picturegraph and whether you want it framed.
5. We will commence work immediately on your Picturegraph. Once a draft image has been completed, we will email you a preview for your approval. If at this stage, you would like changes to be made, we are more than happy to make any alterations.  As soon as you approve the preview, the Picturegraph goes to print.

6. Once we have received your Picturegraph back from the printers, we will proceed with framing, if you have requested a frame. As soon as your Picturegraph is framed, we will advise you it is ready for collection/delivery and payment is then due.

Picturegraphs is located in Sydney, Australia, however we are able to post world wide.
